Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A coordinator confirms scheduling, scope, and pricing. Bookings sit as "Waiting for confirmation" until we confirm.
Payment
Depending on the service, payment is taken in advance, on contract, or after service, as set out on each service page or in your quote.
Cancellations & rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
Service standards
Work is performed by trained, supervised teams with a quality-control sign-off. Report any issue with completed work promptly so we can put it right.
