Are reachable windows included in residential cleaning?+
Safely reachable windows are included within the relevant residential cleaning scope. Commercial window cleaning or work requiring specialized access is assessed and priced separately.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on the service, the size of the space, and how long the job takes. Tell us what you need and we'll send you an itemised quote before anyone arrives, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Larger jobs and commercial work are quoted after we've assessed the space.
How quickly can you come?+
Tell us when you need us and we'll confirm availability. We ask for reasonable notice so we can send a properly briefed team rather than whoever is free.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Many clients arrange access with their coordinator. Every job is supervised and photo-documented, so you can see what was done.
Do you bring your own supplies?+
Yes, if you'd like. Cleaning baskets are available as an add-on. If you'd rather we use your own products, that's fine too.
What if I'm not happy with the work?+
Tell your coordinator. Every job has a quality-control sign-off, and if something has been missed we'll put it right.
